Northpoint was completed in February 2014 and is the dominant shopping centre in North Toowoomba. It has a diverse mix of retailers featuring 20 speciality stores together with ALDI, Coles, The Reject Shop and a medical precinct.

As the projects Surveyors, we completed all the surveying works required from start to finish including:

• Application for a boundary realignment prepared for councils assessment
• Numerous Proposal plans and survey plans
• Survey for Ergon Easement
• Amalgamation of Lots
• Lease Plans for all the tenancies and a Master Sketch
